How to add an agent to a chat?

Follow the steps below to add an agent to a chat:

1. Go to your Livechat dashboard and in the left panel, you will see the Ongoing and Incoming Conversations menus. 

2. Under Ongoing Conversation, select an ongoing chat.

3. Click on the Add User icon on the top right of the Chat panel.

4. You will see the list of agents. If you want, you can also search for the agent. Select agent(s) you want to add to a chat.

5. Once you have selected the agent, click on Done.
